Registered in 2008 as Varna Glass & Plywoods Trading Pvt Ltd and still the front counter of the group: premium glass, plywood, interior hardware and modular kitchen products, wholesale and retail, across Kerala's largest retail space for the category — over one lakh square feet of retail and storage between the branches.
The group's glass processing company and the reason a Varna order leaves as finished panes: the first IS 2553 Part 1 certified toughening plant in South India, semi-automated, on a 30,000 sq ft site with a roster of about a hundred people. Toughened glass, insulated glass units and processed architectural glass, with sales counters in Thrissur and Kochi.
Established 2016. The hardware and kitchen arm: locks, handles, hinges, aldrops, towel rails, cabinet fittings, kitchen accessories, wardrobes and complete modular kitchens, with working displays at Wadakkanchery, Thrissur, Kochi, Perinthalmanna and Kottayam so a client can feel a soft-close before specifying it.
The distribution arm behind the retail floors: bulk stock, dealer supply and the movement of glass, panels and hardware between the branches, the plant and site. It is the reason a contractor's four-counter order arrives on one delivery programme.
Incorporated in 2016 as a sister concern of the group and now the contracting face of it: end-to-end glass and aluminium façade design and execution — structural glazing, spider glazing, ACP cladding, automatic doors and interior glass works — for architects and developers, with offices in Wadakkanchery, Kalamassery and, since its Coimbatore opening, Tamil Nadu.
Incorporated in May 2019 and registered at Varna Tower, UFMCOM is the group's business services company — the accounts, systems and back-office layer that lets six trading and contracting operations quote, invoice and report as one Varna.
A Varna house brand offering a range of interior solutions intended to make homes more comfortable, efficient and convenient. Registered as Faboolux Pvt Ltd at Varna Arcade, Ottupara, and sold through the group's branches.
The group's home-grown brand for specialised interior and exterior products — plywood, PVC sheets, mirrors, laminates, veneers, cladding and interior hardware — selected by Varna's own team and tested for performance before it carries the name.
The group's charitable trust, carrying its social responsibility towards the deprived: assistance for the elderly and for widowed women, and support for children's education — a stated commitment to a sustainable stability rather than a marketing line.
