Registered in 2008 as Varna Glass and Plywoods Trading Pvt Ltd: the group's wholesale, retail and project supply company for glass, plywood, interior hardware and modular kitchen products, and Kerala's leading semi-automated glass processing plant — drilling, etching and polishing at Varna Heights, Charalparambu, Wadakkanchery, with a roster of 100 people over a 30,000 ft² site.
Established 2016. Kerala's largest retail space for Glass, Plywood, Interior Hardware and Modular Kitchen products — experience centres carrying locks, handles, hinges, cabinet fittings, wardrobes and complete modular kitchens from multiple brands.
Incorporated in 2016 as a sister concern of the group and now the contracting face of it: end-to-end glass and aluminium façade design and execution — structural glazing, spider glazing, ACP cladding, automatic doors and interior glass works — for architects and developers, with offices in Wadakkanchery, Kalamassery and, since its Coimbatore opening, Tamil Nadu.
A group company for modular interiors: production and turnkey installation of kitchens, wardrobes and complete interiors that make homes more comfortable, efficient and convenient. Faboolux Pvt Ltd has its production plant at Kanjikode, Palakkad and its experience centre at Edappally, Kochi.
Incorporated in May 2019 and registered at Varna Tower, UFMCOM is the group's business services company — the accounts, systems and back-office layer that lets six trading and contracting operations quote, invoice and report as one Varna.
Trutuff Safety Glass Pvt. Ltd. is the group's sister concern for safety glass — synonymous with safety and style, with toughened glass, insulated glass units and processed architectural glass from its plant at Kanjikode, Palakkad.
Driven by genuine social responsibility rather than marketing, the group's charitable trust is committed to long-term stability by providing assistance for the elderly and widowed women, alongside comprehensive support for children's education.
